How can I place an order?

Ordering with us is easy, just browse through our collection on the website, choose your favorite, and add it to your cart. When you’re ready, go to the checkout page and follow the instructions provided to complete your purchase.

What methods of payment do you use?

We accept various payment methods such as credit/debit cards and various online payment methods. Choose the method that works best for you when shopping

How long will it take to deliver the order?

We take 7-10 working days to deliver the order via standard shipping. And 3-4 days for by express shipping.

Do you gift Earrings in Every Order?

Yes, we give the earrings to show further appreciation. You can choose this option when checking out.

Do you Customize Orders?

Yes, we do offer any product customizations, we have standard designs to create.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an Email or a Text message confirming your order. Our team starts getting your order ready. We ship the order out in 2-4 days in case of standard shipping, 1-2 days in case of express shipping and a tracking number is sent within 24 hours of shipping out the parcel to track the whereabouts.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

Within 24 hours from the time your order ships, you will receive your tracking details to the email address or a text message on the number you entered while ordering. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at the website.

Is the product exactly as shown in pictures?

There will be slight differences in product and the pictures due to screen resolution or lights used during photoshoot.

When Product Return aur Exchange?

Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries about it! We offer a 15-day return policy on most products. Just make sure the items are in their original condition and packaging. See our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

Why was my order cancelled?

While it's rare, it's possible for items to become out of stock. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation & issue a refund. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you as normal.

How do I use a Credit note?

Add your items to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. At checkout, enter the promo code in the field labelled “Gift Card or discount code” and click Apply. Your promotion code will be applied to your order and reflected under your order total.

Why is the response time slower than standard time?

We started as a single human brand, handled by just our founder and we are a team of 4 people now thanks to all the love! But we still do not have a proper team in place for Customer service and it’s handled by our team members. Along with their additional duties of packaging, handling orders, managing inventory and so on, it’s a little understaffed here. We are hiring people as we speak so this will not be an issue for much longer.

Why don’t you issue refunds?

We’re still a small team here Ksona, so our inventory is often limited and doing refunds is just not possible for us at the time. We'll continuously keep updating this section for our customers as new and different questions keep coming. Hope to help you as best as we can!
